Family Mediation

Mediating pre-filing allows you to be in complete control of the outcome. You will work together with one of our mediators to complete all needed documents to file with the court. This may include parenting plan, child support, divorce agreement and other documents.

Once a dissolution of marriage is filed with the court most cases will be scheduled for mediation to establish and hopefully resolve the issues or disputes. 

Post final judgement mediation can be useful to prevent further court hearings- this is often seen for child support changes, alimony changes and changes to the parenting plan.
